The Chef- Christopher Macksey

Since 15, Chris has working in kitchens in Vermont. He started as a dishwasher and quickly worked his way up, becoming a linecook within 6 months. After graduating high school, Chris attended Bryant, graduating with a degree in Management and Economics. During his time at Bryant, Chris continued to work in kitchens on and off until joining the Stillwater Staff in May. The focus of his studies were on entrepreneurship and operations. Chris is 22, and enjoys snowmobiling, collecting cookbooks, wine, beer and tabacco.

Here at Stillwater we strive for perfection. Only the finest hand-cut choice meats and the freshest seafood and poultry are used. The rolls and desserts are baked daily, to tempt the most demanding palate. Please let us know of any special requests.

Our wine menu features a wide selection of over 40 wines. We specialize in California and Argentian Reds, specifically, Zinfandel, Cabernet and Malbec. We also have unique whites such as Albarino's and Gaverstraminers.
